The App, including its software, audiovisual elements, branding, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may release updates, fixes, improvements, or new features at any time. We do not guarantee that the App or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nasljonov Stiven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms automatically terminate if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession or control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
